Since August is one of the hardest months out of the year to stay motivated to showing up for the workouts we wanted to give them extra incentive to SHOW UP.

We wanted them to be able to GIVE anyone our 21-Day Summer Slimdown program away for FREE in hope that they will get a friend or two to join with them during August. That will motivate them to be consistent with showing up because they have extra accountability and motivation to show up. 

What do we do? We help people look and feel 10 Years Younger. We do that by helping people in 3 key areas.

#1 Fitness

We understand that most people need motivations and alternative exercises.

Our fitness and personal training sessions are designed for all fitness levels. We have both In-Person and/or VIRTUAL training sessions. 

In-Persona Training Sessions are Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 
Times: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8am, 12pm and 5:30pm.

Virtual Fitness Sessions can be accessed 24/7 (Anytime/Anywhere) 


#2 Nutrtion

2. Nutrition Plan – Get Access to Step By Step Nutrition Plan To Help Jump Start Your Progress and Results. 

Designed by a Registered Dietitian, these simple-to-follow meal plans are a game-changer. The recipes are delicious and only require basic cooking skills. And the time-saving grocery lists are so helpful! If you are struggling with your nutrition, you are not alone.

Diet’s don’t work. Real life nutrition that works is the only thing you need. We got it. Learn to conquer the times we are in by following our simple guide along with our professional nutrition coaching. We will support you and will show you how to succeed and love your food.

There are no shortage of FREE workouts, free nutrition plans and free programs out there. Accountability is the missing link to long term lifestyle change. THIS IS A PERSONAL TRAINING COACHING PROGRAM.

Our program is NOT a do it yourself or do it on your own program. If you love accountability and love over-delivering, then you will love our program.

Our job is give you the motivation, encouragement, inspiration and accountability you need to succeed. Everyone needs someone in your corner to help support them every step of the way. We got you!
You’ll have a 24/7 dedicated coach to help keep you on track as well as supporting you along the way.

  • Schedule Your Free Jump Start Orientation. We will meet with you to answer any questions, discuss your goals, any limitations, and give you all the tools to rock the 21-Day Jump Start. 
  • 21-Days of Fitness –  Group Training with Personal Training Attention. Fun, challenging workouts that are proven to get results! (3-4 Training Sessions per week!). See the times above.
  • Expert coaching and guidance to ensure safety, accountability and results! – One thing most people mention about other programs that haven’t worked is they get bored easily from doing the same thing over and over again.
  • Nutrition System – You’ll get a “follow the darn instructions” Nutrition system with meal plans, grocery lists and recipes to help jump start your results. 
  • Support from other people like you – no one has to do it alone. One of the best aspects of our program is the friendships that form during training.
